All parties to this Agreement waive their respective rights to a trial by jury.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR CLASS ARBITRATION, IN ALL JURISDICTIONS INCLUDING YOUR HOME JURISDICTION.
