1 business day service available for orders placed Monday - Friday by 1pm.

A signature is required upon receiving the delivered package to ensure secure and confirmed delivery. Please be prepared to provide a valid signature at the time of receipt.

If your item isn’t shipped within 21 days, unless it is a pre-ordered item, the order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund issued unless on back order.

The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.

If the purchase has been finalized, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.

If the item has been lost by the carrier, send us an email letting us know that you did not receive the package. We will look into the situation for you with the shipping company.

For us to investigate this for you as quickly as possible, please prepare the following documents before submitting a claim:

  • A sworn statement, in which you clearly state that you have not received your package. Please include the following information in the statement:

    • The date

    • Your full name

    • The delivery address

    • Your item's tracking number

    • Your Signature

  • A photo or scan of a valid ID.

You can send us legible, clear photographs or scans of these documents. 

For the carrier to successfully run a search for your package, you must contact us within 14 days of shipping.
