Buyers Terms and Condition

By placing an order with Bazic Instinct LLC (“Seller”), you agree to be bound by these Buyer Terms & Conditions, whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

Please retain a copy for your records.

1. Definitions

Seller: Bazic Instinct LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company.

Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing Goods from the Seller.

Goods: The products offered for sale on the Site, including new and pre-owned luxury fashion items.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

The Buyer agrees to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and any other methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you:

  • Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method

  • Authorize Bazic Instinct LLC to charge the full purchase amount

If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed.

The billing address must match the address associated with the payment method, unless otherwise approved by Seller.

Bazic Instinct LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Product Availability

All purchases are subject to availability.

In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, Seller may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Bazic Instinct LLC ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Bazic Instinct LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.

Carrier charges may apply if SMS delivery notifications are requested.

5. Inspection & Claims

The Buyer must inspect the package upon receipt.

If visible damage to packaging or contents is observed, the Buyer (or authorized recipient) must:

  1. Document the condition with photographs

  2. Retain all packaging materials

  3. Notify Bazic Instinct LLC at support@bazicinstinct.com within 72 hours of delivery (U.S.)

Failure to notify Seller within 72 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the Goods as delivered.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, Buyer must notify Seller within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

Seller may require documentation and cooperate with carrier investigations.

Refunds related to shipping disputes may be delayed pending carrier investigation outcomes.

6. Pre-Owned Condition & Authentication

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Goods are pre-owned and may show signs of wear consistent with prior use.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in color, texture, or condition may occur.

Authentication reflects Seller’s professional opinion and is not a manufacturer guarantee.

Bazic Instinct LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the brands of the Goods sold.

Brand owners may decline servicing items purchased through resale channels.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by Seller’s Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified.

8. Fraud Prevention

Seller reserves the right to:

  • Require identity verification

  • Refuse shipment to freight forwarding addresses

  • Cancel suspicious transactions

  • Withhold shipment pending verification

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in cancellation of future orders and recovery efforts for associated costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller’s total liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim.

Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Buyer Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Buyer Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
