Buyers Terms and Condition

By proceeding to place an order and accepting these Terms of Purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Purchase, proceed to cancel your order now. Please print a copy of these Terms of Purchase for your records.

1. Definitions

  • Seller: Refers to the entity providing goods for sale.

  • Buyer: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from the Seller.

  • Goods: Refers to the products or items being purchased by the Buyer from the Seller.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency specified by the Bazic Instinct LLC.

  • The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount specified for the Goods at the time of purchase.

  • Payment methods accepted by the Bazic Instinct LLC will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order. On the Site (including its mobile version), you may pay for your purchase using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay, and you authorize Bazic Instinct LLC. to charge the applicable card for the Fee and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Bazic Instinct LLC. will have no obligation to fulfill your order.

3. Availability

The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. In the event that Bazic Instinct LLC, advises you that such products are no longer available, Bazic Instinct LLC. will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay Bazic Instinct LLC for the order. This Site only ships products to addresses in the U.S.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Bazic Instinct LLC. is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Bazic Instinct website or its agents’ or mandataries’ facilities to your delivery address. Carrier charges may apply if you choose to receive SMS notifications regarding delivery of your order. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address specified by you during the order process.

5. Acceptance and Confirmation of Goods

The Buyer must check (or direct the person authorized to receive the Product on the Buyer’s behalf to check) the apparent state of the packaging of the Product upon receipt, before signing the form tendered by the carrier.

Should there be a visible damage, missing product, damaged parcel or product, etc., the Buyer or their representative must imperatively fill out our claims form and/send an email to support@bazicinstinct.com within 72 hours (USA), 5 calendar days (Intl) of receiving the package along with photos of damage or wrong product(s).

If buyer does not send an email within 24 hours of receiving package, Bazic Instinct LLC. will automatically assume or accept that the merchandize received is what is expected or meet expectations of the buyer.

If the Buyer did not receive the merchandise, the Buyer must inform Bazic Instinct LLC within forty-eight (48) hours from the estimated date of delivery of the Product or after the Product is marked as delivered (but was not signed for). The Buyer shall send any documentation requested by Bazic Instinct to support the claim.

Should a postal litigation be opened, Bazic Instinct LLC. reserves the right to extend the 30-day delivery period of the Product and hold the refund of the Product until the conclusion of the postal litigation by the carrier.

5.Returns and Refunds

  • The Buyer may be eligible for a refund or exchange as per the Seller's Return and Refund Policy.

  • Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated by the Seller.

6. Product Quality

  • The Seller will ensure that all Goods are of satisfactory quality and as described at the time of purchase.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is based.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions set forth by the Seller.
