Returns, Refunds & Dispute Policy
At Bazic Instinct, all items are pre-owned luxury goods that are carefully curated, authenticated, and photographed to accurately reflect condition. Due to the exclusive nature of luxury resale, all sales are considered final, except as expressly outlined below.
UNITED STATES RETURNS
Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
You received an incorrect item, or
The item is materially not as described in the product listing
Returns requested for buyer’s remorse, fit, preference, or normal wear consistent with pre-owned items will not be approved.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
Submit a Return Claim Form within 72 hours of delivery
Include clear photos and/or video documenting the issue
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return Request Window
Due to international transit and customs processing times, international customers must submit return requests within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
You received an incorrect item, or
The item is materially not as described
The extended time frame applies only to reporting an issue and does not expand return eligibility.
Returns for buyer’s remorse, delayed customs clearance, import fees, or dissatisfaction with disclosed wear will not be accepted.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
Email support@bazicinstinct.com within 5 days of delivery
Include the order number and supporting photo/video documentation
CONDITION & AUTHENTICATION REQUIREMENTS (ALL RETURNS)
All approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:
Item must be returned in the exact condition received
No additional wear, use, cleaning, or alteration
All original packaging, dust bags, boxes, labels, invoices, booklets, and certificates of authenticity must be included
All serial numbers, date codes, microchips, authentication tags, and security markings must remain intact and match Bazic Instinct records
Any evidence of:
Wear or use beyond initial receipt
Removal or tampering with tags or authentication features
Mismatched serial numbers or components
will result in automatic denial of the return and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
RETURN SHIPPING
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured method
Bazic Instinct is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in return transit
Return instructions will be provided only after approval
REFUNDS
All returns are subject to inspection and authentication verification
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative will be provided
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection approval
Customers will receive written confirmation once the refund is completed
Please allow up to two billing cycles for financial institutions to reflect the credit.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all item details prior to checkout.
If an order is not shipped within 21 days, it will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded unless the item is marked as back-ordered or pre-order.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case, subject to inventory availability and approval.
CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & FRAUD PREVENTION
By completing a purchase with Bazic Instinct, the customer agrees to the following:
All product descriptions, photos, and condition disclosures were reviewed prior to purchase
Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of receipt
Return eligibility is limited to the terms outlined in this policy
Bazic Instinct actively disputes chargebacks that:
Fall outside the return request window
Do not meet approved return criteria
Involve claims of wear, condition, or authenticity already disclosed
Occur after the item has been used, altered, or tampered with
Evidence submitted to financial institutions may include:
Product listing descriptions and images
Authentication records and serial number verification
Delivery confirmation and customer communications
Condition comparison photos before and after shipment
Fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions and permanent refusal of future purchases.
